How do I restore my premium features?

Go to Settings > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same App Store/Play Store account used for the original purchase.

Can I use Rapt offline?

Yes, most features work offline. Your data will automatically sync when you're back online.

How do I manage my subscription?

iOS users: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Android users: Play Store > Subscriptions

Why am I seeing sync errors?

Sync errors usually resolve by checking your internet connection and restarting the app. If problems persist, try logging out and back in.

Account Management

Delete Your Account

To permanently delete your account:

  1. Open the Rapt app
  2. Go to Settings > Account
  3. Tap "Delete Account"
  4. Follow the confirmation steps

Alternatively, email support@theraptapp.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address.

Note: Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data, including purchase history and saved studies.
